Ran up against these thugs in LA in the 1980's when I worked on gang task force.
We patrolled high gang activity areas and gave them hell.
Man these guys spread like cancer across the country. I remember when they were smaller.

They will be back.
In the 80's we did the same thing for the lower level members.
After a week or two you would see them back on the same block causing low level problems.
Higher level members wear suits, drive nice cars, hide the money in a business. and look like normal business people.
You will never catch them on a local level they have too much money flowing to pay off the right people.

I think they are making progress which is great.
This is one of the larger gangs and they got a hierarchy that is very large and spread out throughout many large cities in North America.
