OP.. go check out I-30 speedway if you need to get your redneck on... they even sell 25 oz road pops, with the big coozies too!

Just a suggestion. Rent for a year. Check out the different neighborhoods. Benton, Bryant and Cabot, as well as Conway, are all within approx 30 minutes from Little Rock. The outlying cities have cheaper tax rates but obviously have commute times and costs. The Roads have recently been widened to all of these but Cabot which is currently in the process of being widened. You can weigh the advantages of each after gaining some experience.

Definitely. Conway now has a larger population than Monroe by about 15,000 people - yet we don't have the crime of Monroe or Little Rock on a proportional basis.
