That would be a good area to look at. Mungo builds a pretty good home and Gordon is an excellent school. If you are use to Atlanta traffics that would be a easy commute.
Pelham Falls is a good neighborhood as well. Either of those you can’t go wrong. A lot of nice older homes off Augusta but it will cost you a pretty penny. Can’t think of the name of the neighborhood but there is one off of Roper Mountain Rd that’s a little older and not that bad at all. Someone else one here may know more

I had a good friend that lived in Copper Creek...loved it.
Pelham Falls is older but a great neighborhood. We know a few couples that love there and love it. One word of caution...there is a water treatment plant VERY close to Pelham Falls so I would look hard at the location of any home not in the NW area of the neighborhood
CC is a great area. We are not far from there but there is an even better reason to live there...that 1.6 BILLION dollar winning Powerball ticket was sold just an 1/8 mile down the road.....maybe lightning CAN strike twice!!!

I have no idea where to live in the area but I have been there for a conference the last two years and it seems like an awesome area!

My cousin lives in Greenville. She rides her bike through numerous walking and biking trails. Loves the area.

I could see why. The master bathroom needed a lot of work.

Roper Mountain Estates? Looked at one in there which was ok but reeked of smoke. The one we wanted to look at was bought before we could see it.

Downtown is awesome though.
Yep. Only spent a few weeks there for work but the downtown area is beautiful and there are a lot of great restaurants there.
