Moving help?

I have a friend in BR who is moving to Michigan next month and needs a cheaper way to move stuff than the big moving companies. I'm thinking uHaul and self load/unload but she doesn't want to do the labor. Any thoughts? Would like someone to load a truck, drive truck to MI and unload to apartment. Any thoughts on a budget?

Let whoever is banging her figure this out

Yea! Your friend could load up a truck, and then drive up to Michigan in said truck.
Will that be cash or credit?

well, you can actually hire folks from a moving company on each end to load and unload for you...I have done it a number of times and it works out like a charm. of course, since you don't pack/tie down quite as well as the professionals, a few things may get broken or scratched during the trip.

Is she hot? I might be able to help her with a load
ETA: serious answer...find some messicans outside the local Home Depot or Lowe’s and pay them to load the Uhaul, then she drives it to MI and does the same thing there to find labor to unload. Cheapest way to do it besides friends willing to help out for free
