I'm amazed that people get on those things and ride on major highways and interstates and think they're safe. One minor mistake can turn you from a living, breathing human being to just a pile of mush on the side of the road.
shite I was on my buddy's big Yamaha in PA. riding is huge up there on the backroads and interstates. He's on his harley in front of me. We merged onto the interstate at the I70 I79 interchange and were going to exit in about a 1/4 mile. 18 wheeler is in left lane and it felt like I was going to get sucked under it. This was on a big 1100cc bike. anything smaller like a 600 crotch rocket would have felt way worse. scary shite

How many people would show up to court to fight it? Yeah, you're gonna lose some cases, but people will pay up most of the time

I never thought it was all that bad on my R6. I've seen a guy on a Honda Grom on the interstate though, that's just fricking crazy and asking for something bad to happen.
I want one of those to just play around on though.
ETA: This isn't really the thread for this conversation though.

Man, possibly drunk during the Wednesday work commute. Terrible.

WAFB reports that investigators said that she might have been under the influence.
WBRZ reports that she was not under the influence.
Blood samples were sent out of course. Nothing definitive.

Investigators said they think Martinez may have been impaired at the time of the crash.
Be careful with your wording doc.

I was thinking that when I read the name, but I figured someone else would make the post

a girl was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit a guy on a Harley coming towards her and killed him.
I bet she was texting.
if so, she should be dealt with in the same manner as someone who had been drinking and driving.

I said they suspect she was under the influence. There was a typo but I tried to be careful with my wording.

I saw an older couple on a date last night at a nice restaurant who both had their phones in their faces the entire time. Almost no words exchanged for an hour. Pathetic.
I see this all the time. Sadly, people are too stupid to even realize how fricking rude and shitty they are acting. This is one thing that I hope I never do. I go overboard to avoid it.

They must suspect that she was under the influence, otherwise the charge would've been negligent homicide.

No way she has these measurements. She's got a belly and a flat arse
Also, her BAC could've still been above the limit from drinking last night, and she still smelled like last night. I know I've been guilty of that

under the influence doesn't always mean alcohol.
