OK, so getting rid of minorities probably won't work and it's not very nice.
Maybe we should just separate everyone into our own 'like' groups. That way everyone would be Segregated and there would be no racism.
I wonder why we haven't tried this yet? Who wouldn't want to live only amongst those 'like' you?
Racism solved. Next problem.

I defy anyone to drive through Harrison, AR and not say it's the most racist place in America. its like the Klan is in charge of a town.

I lived in Hawaii for 3 years. No way in hell is that place less rascists than other states. Ironically the most racists places I've been too were not in the South. I think part of that is down here we may not care other groups but individually is a different story.

The day I finally left Hawaii for good about 8 months ago I was having drinks with a young black college aged male. He asked me why I was leaving and I said I got orders to another unit. He said "I gotta get outta here. Hawaii is more racist than the west Texas hick town I grew up in".

Miami is the most racist place Ive ever visited in the US. The cultures do not mix and they hate each other. The link in OP is clearly stating that only white people can be racist.

...and I grew up in Birmingham

Miami is the most racist place I've been to, by a long shot. Everyone is judged by their ethnicity. It's the main attribute by which people categorize you with.

Most conversations with people I meet in Miami begin with them asking "what are you?" usually followed by a shitty guess.

I can tell you that NOLA is not really racist.

They are a bunch of a-holes around that still are but they are ignorant and aren't in the majority at all.

My father was, I am not. If my kids EVER, EVER, spoke a racist word that would be arse.

NOLA is a melting pot of all kids of cultures.

Without reading the link, I would assume:
5. Livingston Parish, LA
4. East Texas
3. West Virginia
2. suburban Connecticut
1. rural areas in the Midwest (especially Pennsylvania)

Funny.

That looks nothing like the Union versus the Confederacy.
