Either Olympic Lake or Mayacama, a private club in Sonoma that's probably the most exclusive I've played. I probably saw three other people on that course that day.
I don't think I broke 90 on either.

Shadow Creek in Vegas. We were in a group behind Tiger and Michael Jordan.

Newport Country Club (which hosted the first US Open in 1895). Played it many times in the early 2000s and shot anywhere from mid-80s to 90s.
Lochinvar, in Houston. An all male club. I am still waiting to play Burning Tree, but have had to turn down the 3 invitations I have received.
Doral's Blue Monster (although I liked one of the other courses there better -- not Greg Norman's, "White Shark").
Pine Lakes Country Club "The Graddaddy" (the birthplace of "Sports Illustrated").
Las Colinas, I don't remember what I shot but did par #17.

Those of you who put down Augusta - don't just write the name. Tell us what it was like to play golf in heaven.
