I figure after a credit for the TRILLIONS spent since the mid 60s, plus the present value of all of the food, clothing, housing and healthcare provided for centuries (a lot of that for unproductive slaves [very young or very old]), as well as the capital expense for the purchase of a slave, that should overwhelm any claim for the unpaid unskilled labor furnished by the vast majority of slaves.

The city has to build an EXACT replica of the surrounding area if they are to be moved. Just imagine how much crime building a second Lee Circle is gonna prevent.
