Seems like she was on for 20 years before I moved. Been gone for 20 years now.

The newest report for KNOE is Julie Van Emans (or something like that), she's from Ohio State. She was interviewing my dad a few weeks before the game and I gave her some serious grief.

I told her I was going to stand behind my dad and do the "you can't see me" hand in front of my face. I don't think she got it.

What's sad is that nearly 25 years later, they have the same two anchors with Waggonhead and Denison.

I've told this story here before but I went to school with his daughter. She forgot her popsicle money one day so he brought it to her. All of the kids started lining up with napkins from the cafeteria for him to sign autographs.
