So Shreveport sucks in both good lists and bad lists. Also, was Pine Bluff on the list? That is a pretty dangerous shithole also.

Monroe crime is not great by any measure, but comparing crime in Monroe to crime in major cities like Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Atlanta, etc.... makes as much sense as comparing Ouachita Parish High School football to the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, etc....
