With the injuries he's all they've got, and it doesn't hurt that he probably has the highest ceiling on the roster. Have to play for what's going to make you money in 10 years.
Otherwise you end up having to do shite like keep Taker, Show, and Lawyer/Demon Kane hanging around to fill space.
They should definitely turn him though.
