I enjoy dark roasts from a french press.

Light roasts have more caffine, dark roasts have more oils.

I can't see how non-smokers can stand drinking coffee. Love the smell, but it tastes like you are drinking pure smoke. The after taste is disgusting and lingers in your mouth for hours.

What dark roasts lack (sic) in caffeine they more than make up for in flavor that wakes up the senses.

New Orleans Roast or French Market Dark Roast for me. In the Keurig during the week, and French press on Saturdays and Sundays. Home roast is even better.

Guatemalan Maragogype is my favorite along with Tanzanian Peaberry or Kenya AA
