I removed a few (non-facial) with apple cider vinegar. There was some scarring for one of them, but it was one that had already almost peeled off a couple times. The others, you can barely tell they were there. No pain, no blood. Of course a doctor will say you shouldn't do this either.

Not so much. It runs in my family. My Dad and his brothers have them, so do my brothers and I.

I guess since you grew up with them in the family they are just a normal thing then?

Maybe that's why people just let them hang out there.

I don't know man, I still say lop that shite off.

One of my uncles cuts them off with scissors. I don't have the balls to do that.

I had skin tags years ago and my dermatologist cut them off and they never came back. Pretty simple fix.

If they're small enough and you can reach them it's really easy. It just requires absolute commitment once you start the snip.

Had one not long ago in the middle of my back I couldn't get to. Had my mom do it. She fricking hesitated and mangled it. Once it starts bleeding if you haven't totally removed it you can't find if there's still a piece remaining.

If it's an actual mole without a very narrow base then I wouldn't dare messing with that outside of a doctor's office.

Sometimes they need to be cauterized chemically or electrically at the office. If your blood is thin, they can bleed and bleed and bleed....

I get the occasional dreaded neck skin tag... sucks when shaving the area. Here's what you do - get some of the SOs clear nail polish (or your own if female) and paint it on that thing. Repeat next day or two if necessary. It will fall off on its own. This really does work & is painless/bloodless.

I've got a few tags on my neck and pits. I've clipped them off (painfully) with nail clippers and they grew back. One day I'll pay cash (ins doesn't cover) for the removal but it's just not high on my list.

You can get rid of small skin tabs by rubbing mineral oil on them daily.. they will dry up and fall off..

I've have a decent sized mole on my left check most of my life but it's flesh colored and smooth so it's practically invisible. Only time I notice it is when every now and then I'll nick it while shaving causing it to bleed every so slightly.
