Company who did the job left dirt in piles and did not properly fill in their work. Also backed into a tree and limbs are now all over the place. Should they fix this or me?

If your husband has a shovel he should be able to fill in the rest of the dirt and I bet either of you could pick up the sticks. Or you could do it together for the bonding.

It is going to be up to your contract. Problem is up front, the dirt will have to settle first. Then it will have to be grade a couple times after till all settles out. I installed one back in July and the dirt has yet to settle yet due to dry mud.

You realize that they leave dirt piled slightly because the backfill is going to sink when it rains, right? Also, are the limbs dead?
Sounds to me like you can call them back and they will fix all of this minutia...just don't ever plan on using their services again.

Sewer treatment plant. Used in lieu of septic tanks these days.
