Same here, I go through it twice a day headed home to Eastern Shore and have about 4 different routes to get to Africa Town Bridge if it’s backed up…. ssshhhhh…
Also, there are waaaay more state troopers on the cause way now. Twice a day for 17 years and I’ve seen more troopers in 6 months than all 17 years combined. They’re making it slower and more dangerous to help that POS Governor MeMaw justify her bridge. I don’t disagree we need a solution but a toll bridge of that size and cost to line her pockets is bullshite.

Divert to the africa town bridge. Always take that bridge, it's worth the extra time to avoid risk of getting stuck at the time.
My experience with that is traffic still backs up at the intersection of I-10, Government and Bay Bridge Rd.
