What's good for Mobile is good for South MS. But that new bridge won't be built in my lifetime and I'm 50yrs old.

That bridge, along with a new Miss River bridge are both 30 years too late and at the same time 20 years away from now.

. Amazing what a little Republican leadership can do.

Notably, Sandy Stimpson, Jerry Carl and to a lesser extent Richard Shelby are all “real” Republicans in the ole school, Chamber of Commerce sense. Unfortunately, Stimpson is not running for re-election and Carl lost to a Magat-crook in Barry Moore.

Katie Britt was obviously Shelby’s hand picked choice, and while she pays lip service to the cultural warrior crowd has some sense about her. Even though he’s a democrat,
I think Figures in the newly drawn congressional district will be pro-business and development.

Tommy Tuberville, on the other hand, is an absolute idiot and an embarrassment to the state.

There is some quiet pushback here regarding Trump’s tariff plans, as this is one of the Red areas that will be hurt the most by them.
