MNRT: Where's Dwayne? Edition 4/14/2025

We're 5 days away from Night 1 of Wrestlemania and we haven't seen Dwayne since the EC press scrum. Will he appear tonight? WWE has only announced 2 matches for tonight so expect a few of these appearances to turn into random matches.
HHH has caused a meltdown by the snowflakes with an objective comment about Our President's charisma.
For a second week in a row Smackdown saw a plan go off the tracks. This did not result in any heat though. Chelsea was not supposed to be counted out. She simply lost track of the count and the referee continued to count. I suspect she may normally rely on Piper for that part of match prep.
Vegas has been turned into a WWE playground with various statutes wearing belts and prices being raised to take advantage of their captive audience.
Speaking of charisma... Zoey Same Face has taken a shot at Rhea on Twitter. I suspect it's to setup a match for tonight.

I watched the WM 9 documentary this weekend. When they showed the picture of Nick Khan working as an usher, it reminded me of the time he kept referring to Tony Khan as "kid" and said he respected Shad, while doing Bill Simmons' podcast. It made more sense. Nick Khan is a self made guy. Dude gives no fricks about a guy like Tony.

WWE announced the HoF presenters and DDP is presenting Luger. No word on if they ever even asked about Sting. Also Becky Lynch was telling people she doesn't wrestle anymore. Maybe she was just saying that to throw people off for her surprise return but who knows.

They flubbed this whole cena/rock thing up bigly.
If they weren’t going to have them appear hardly at all before mania there had to have been someone else that fit into that slot better.
Hell timing out KO’s heal turn later and having it be a mania match with Cody would’ve gone better than this I think.

I’ve watched a few since they’ve moved over to Netflix. I don’t know how anyone consistently sits through them each week, let alone pay anything to go watch a RAW in person. They’re literally just 80% commercials/promo packages/recaps from previous weeks now. It’s a rough watch.
