At what point did he think "I need to beat the shite out of a 3 year old because she isn't getting her numbers right" is normal behavior? Did he get the shite beat out of him, when he was 3, when he got his numbers wrong? If the poor girl lived, she would have PTSD and would freak out when she got to math class.
There is only one way to punish him. Death. frick making him sit in jail and suffer, that cost tax dollars.

This isn't a black thing, its what happens growing up in poor uneducated communities. Doesn't mean its right, but it is FAR from "a black community" problem. People don't know better because they were raised a certain way and don't understand there are different ways of doing things that work.
My family were immigrants, they grew up in worse conditions than 99% of americans and when they grew up, they got beat just as bad. Its how they were raised and they never knew differently. Fast forward, they're in America and guess what, we were also poor when I was young and my parents didn't know better (well my dad). I got whooped pretty BAD as well when I did something wrong or brought home a rare D/F, but I can guarantee you my arse didn't bring home many Ds or Fs or frick up afterwards.
Difference is, I'm more educated and understand there are better ways to discipline children. This won't be a problem if I'm a father one day.
