I don't believe it is strange, I would be too focused on trying to find her.

See my edit. In an earlier article, the uncle said he couldn't even talk with the parents because they were so upset. That was when this first happened. The father is out searching now. I should have looked before I typed that.

Just speculating here. If BRPD was first on scene and cleared the roadway, it still should have been LSP working a traffic accident on I-10. Right?

According to FB, there’s a big “umph” going on regarding LSU right now.
Apparently, missing persons flyers with her picture was posted around campus and they were all taken down by LSU, because they “didn’t have permission”...
Cmon. How F’d up can you be? This is one of YOUR students that’s missing.
And with all the sexual assaults, Title 9, etc going on, you can at least do the right thing with this.

100% police incompetence.
They should call the owner of any found abandoned car. When one is found running. Wrecked, with nobody in it and a wallet and a phone then 100% someone should have been called right away.

Back in 2006 a man went and shot his girlfriend and sister in the AP. He drove to the bridge and jumped. They found his body 14 months later near Donaldsonville.

I am truly amazed that people think she didn’t have an argument with her boyfriend and jump off the bridge. I’m willing to bet they will find her body in the river around Donaldsonville by Wednesday.
