When he was a state senator, Jay authored and spearheaded the “Louisiana Motion Picture Incentive Act” that set up the whole film tax incentive program that has gotten Louisiana to where it is today…And as the head of tourism of the state, he's continued to push for this kinda stuff.
So don't give me the it's all bobby crap…bobby hasn't done shite for the state's tourism.
