At my high school (60% white 40% black) you were subject to having shite thrown at you for acting up, your ear pulled, paddled, detention and an arse whopping when you got home for causing trouble.
Most of those options have been removed from the school and hoe. Therefore, the line can be crossed without fear. Kids need fear. Hell, adults need fear. I fear speeding tickets and all that goes with them so I don't speed. Pretty easy stuff.

I've been to Milwaukee and hardly saw any blacks. Probably the safest city I felt I could walk around. And I don't recall any ghettos. I'm guessing the main city is in the white part of the map above me

That man gave him something his father should have given him a long time ago. A lesson on life. Hopefully he does not learn a lesson the hard way one day.
