While pulling out an old photo for a different post, I found this photo of Mike Archer - Mardi Gras parade, Thibodaux 1988

I'm sure Mike covered the word "white" with "tiger" before hopping into that truck.

gotta wonder how doped up that tiger probably was for some of those appearances

although from what I hear about the 80's, he certainly wasn't alone

Maybe - will check with my parents when I am back home for Christmas.

Non LSU, I have a photo of my mom with Joe Montana and John Elway which I thought was the coolest photo when I was a kid.

Sorry for the poor quality. She would not let me take it out of the album to scan, so I took a photo with my phone many years ago. She and my dad were at a sporting equipment convention and she got to meet a lot of her favorite NFL players.

Some of those teams would have been legit contenders with the right guy, and not the used car salesmen from True Lies

Things were looking good then for both Mikes. Carlos Snow put the first bullet in a young Mike Archer. Rocky Felker put him out of his misery.

I found several old school LSU programs in my closet this weekend that I forgot that I had. Back when kids could go down and get autographs before the game. I think Archer was still an assistant at this time though.
