Some people are just fricked in the head and naturally stupid to go with it is well. Grown arse adults like this woman deserve to be called out on their own bullshite and prosecuted.
One reason why cases like this of grown arse adults fricking underage minors are prosecuted is because it gives minors an unrealistic and unhealthy image of sex and expectations going forward that will never be next to impossible to satisfy again with partners their own age. It stunts their own sexual identity and beliefs about sex.

Unless the one sleeping with the kids is female. Their punishment is usually more persecution than prosecution, quite often resulting in probation and dealing with the shame of the act. A male sleeping with an underage person though - usually 5 years or more in the slammer.
