Tell young black males to quit doing shite like this LINK and maybe stuff like this wouldn't happen.

Michael Dunn is a racist. Nobody in the previously linked story will be heard of again.

Corey overcharged with First Degree murder. Think she was trying to get a huge rebound victory and kill SYG in the same trial. They will retry case for sure. Go for 2nd degree murder next time

Good for the jury to render a proper guilty verdict.
Whether or not it was first or second degree, as long as he spends the rest of his life in jail will be fine with me and is justified.

Really? Look at how often opinions on these types of trials break on racial lines. Most of the white people in this thread are saying that it wasn't first degree murder.
Because it wasn't first degree murder. If you would stop letting your emotions overrun your objectivity and look at the law you would see that it is probably 2nd degree murder. Not to mention he is never going to see the light of day again as a free man. It makes me wonder what the hell is going on in your head.

yeah thats what I said about this and the theater shooting. show some courtesy to others. both of the guys that got killed in these 2 instances were acting like a-holes and then when confronted escalated the situation. that doesnt excuse the shooters, but I just dont see why people dont show some respect to others more instead of trying to act like a macho douchebag. it cost both of them their lives.
For that matter, Trayvon would be alive right now if he'd gone home instead of confronting that creepy stalker dude.

They don't. You're a blind fool if you think the Trayvon trial was along racial lines. It was political lines. There are plenty of anti gun people who are on your side.
The guy is guilty, will spend the rest of his life in prison, most likely. I think most people here have agreed with that.
Do you see something different?

Here's the FL definition of first degree:
LINK
Debatable--he didn't set out to kill anyone that night but he did go retrieve his gun to shoot someone just for offending him. The question is whether that's sufficient premeditation to make it first degree murder.
Second degree should be a slam dunk:
LINK
Three separate volleys, including one when the car was fleeing, doesn't exactly show concern for human life. Neither do his actions after the shooting.
