Also, dude better be careful this is the type of thing where someone close to him gets it and then he has to backtrack cause karma is a bitch.
Sorry, that's dumb. Someone close to him getting it doesn't change a thing. There is a chance one of my family members will die in a car crash. I am in favor of driving. Should that tragedy befall one of my children does that mean I have to change my mind about driving?
And what if he is in favor of distancing, but then someone close to him loses their job and commits suicide. Does that mean he has to change to be against distancing? Because karma is a bitch?

And the only people that will speak up are ones with "f you money" that don't need anything more from government (permitting, licenses, etc.)
Exactly this.
I also think explains the Trump phenomenon. For him: He's made his money, has lived an amazing life so far, and doesn't care because 1) as you said, he has F U money, and 2) he doesn't have a ton of years left.
For us: We are finally glad to see somebody forget political correctness and state what most Americans know to be true about 1) so-called intellectuals, 2) the press, 3) the damage being caused by one-sided free trade agreements, 4) the damage being caused by open borders, etc. Even in areas I don't agree with him, it is very refreshing to see somebody have the stones to state his opinion without equivocation.

This simplistic acceptance of a narrative without critical thinking is hurting alot of people right now.

This guy's entire history is putting money before other people's health
It is impossible to separate the two, when this is over it will be obvious that the detrimental effects to our health brought by the economic impact will be far worse than that caused by the COVID19.virus.
