Can someone link me to the forensic evidence that says he charged at Wilson?
I posted them last night in the main thread. I think the documents are in the OP now.
Regardless, the shots were fired in about 2.5 to 3 seconds. In that time, Brown covered at least 25-30 feet. Yeah, he wasn't strolling towards Wilson.

That cop shot him in the back of the head while he was trying to retreat with his hands up, is what I heard.

I was asking because I didn't feel like combing through all those documents. Didn't think to check in there, will do that now. I don't doubt that he ran at him, just wanted to read the evidence for myself.

Nancy Grace was play crying while interviewing Michael Brown Sr. and his old lady. Nancy's performance was pretty disgusting, fake and contrived. It's had to believe she gets ratings with that pandering game.

OP- that bitch doesn't care about the truth. None of the protesters do.

I'm sure if you thought your son wasn't a complete shitbag, and suddenly one day he got shot killed by a cop, you would handle the situation perfectly rationally, too.
If you'd limited this thought to anger or whatever at the guy inciting a riot then that would be one thing, but mocking a mother who lost her son - regardless of the circumstances of her son's death - is fricking terrible. What do you expect her to do? "Oh well, turns out my son was a shitbag who robbed a store. It's a good thing I can turn off all the years of buildup of intensely strong emotions and attachment to my biological kin with the flip of a switch."
It amazes me that some people seem to think that in order to be on the right side of things, they have to go after shellshocked people caught in the crossfire.
You can think the no indictment was the right call and condemn the riots without taking cheap shots at a grieving mother.
Get the picture?

No, I don't. She is purposely choosing to avoid any sort of factual evidence in the case. It is perfectly reasonable to be upset, but to repeatedly spread blatant lies and talking points and give no fricks about the truth of the situation garners no respect from me.
I don't owe her anything. She is doing nothing but enabling a deteriorating.
It's a sad situation, but the facts have been proven, and she is proving to be an idiot.

Sorry you've never lost someone close to you and/or can't empathize with it, I guess? I can't understand the position that says that someone put in such a situation should immediately shut off their emotions, and all the years of memories to the contrary, and make a perfectly rational assessment of someone's character like you're demanding here. It's not at all realistic.
If she's still doing this a year later, sure, but you have to remember that this only happened a couple months ago. That's not a lot of time to move past something this traumatic and be detached enough to analyze it reasonably.
Again, condemning the looters, sure. Poking fun at people with no prior attachment to Brown who have suddenly decided this is some grand racist conspiracy and are being delusional about it, sure. But the guy's mom? How can you expect her just to accept all that right away? That's just not how people work. You have to give them time to grieve and separate themselves from the situation.

She is a drama queen trying to cash in on her TPOS sons death....makes her a POS also. I thought MB was raised by his grandmother? Where was she?

Mom, dad, family, community have all conjured up what happened in their heads and nothing, not even forensic evidence, will change their minds. To them, he was an innocent college kid executed in the street for no other reason than being black.
Well so has the media.
