That was April 2015, a month prior to that cartel members dumped a van full of 14 decapitated bodies at the steps of Nueva Laredo's city hall. That same year the police chief and his two brothers went missing as well....

My mistake. It's been going on for a decade. I have tripadvisor fired up. Looking for a nice bed and breakfast for the wife and son.
