Never heard of Plantation.
Not the cheapest but if you want the best quality check out The Stone Gallery in Harahan.

I work with plantation marble. They are reasonably priced and do a good job.
The stone gallery sells natural stone and maybe some high-end man-made products, not synthetic marble like you're looking for.

Any reason for wanting cultured marble? It is going to give you a really dated look?

I got my marble recently from King's on the Westbank. I was very happy with what I got. I visited Triton also and they seemed legit just didn't have exactly what I was looking for.

I used Plantation for a cultured marble shower a few years ago. Real easy to work with, and installation went off without a hitch

Oh okay, not sure why anyone would ever want to install fake marble but good luck with that.
