Still got a long ways to go but at least I don’t wake up each day dreading my job anymore. If I realized how much it was contributing to my misery, I’d have left a long time ago.

Anxiety and fear run my life most days, and the winter and holidays don’t help. I like the holidays, but my anxiety increases around them, too.

Roough times ahead for me. Monday night will mark the 1st anniversary of my wife committing suicide. Covid twice, then bone cancer.
