I heard this on Tuesday, and also that the cop who kicked him in the head was the spouse....that was before tape was released...came from wife's hairdresser who described what happened in the tape flawlessly

If that rumor is true , that would explain it. The way they brutally pulled him out of the car when they initially engaged him and also it looks like they had him boxed in with their cars like they were chasing him from fleeing or he had pulled some wild reckless driving prior to that.
Will they release a police report? Or maybe some news reporter will try to get to the bottom of it.
