Public trust hasn't waned making it a more dangerous environment because of anything other than Police officers coving for one another and allowing this shite to get swept under the rug.

No, I posted a picture and two links that demonstrated pretty obviously that the notion that systemic racism, or racism in general, is somehow removed from the equation cause the officers were black is specious reasoning.

Saying that, the government actions to "solve" the problems inherent in certain communities in this country have done nothing but exacerbate them.
More government fixes nothing. The people in those communities need to fix the culture themselves. Instead, they celebrate it so it continues.
