I know this is a satire. But the truth is that Blacks never liked many of the racial stereotypes. They didn't say anything because the system oppressed their free speech and their struggles.
As for the Blackface comment, I'm almost sure it was probably whites who got to her. Add in the fact that NBC has probably want her out anyway.
