Have you ever been drug screened at work? If so, dont smoke. If not, just smoke.

What? If you fail a drug test they will fire you…
Not if you have a prescription for it. I know plants and jobs that involve heavy machinery may not accept it, but they won’t fire you for it as long as you have a prescription and tell your employer as soon as you get the prescription as to what’s going on. Of course if you don’t tell anyone, get drug tested and it shows up in a test, of course you’re going to get fired. But there’s no leeway with medical MJ like there is with schedule II drugs and above.

Do you know who’s exempt from drug testing for weed in Louisiana, if they have a medical marijuana card? Government and state workers. Now tell me how that’s right.
It's right because establishment lackeys like you are cool with it.

no, they aren't actually. not in Louisiana at least.

Just because you have a prescription does not mean jack when it comes to whether a company will allow it. They have insurance companies that they get a break on insurance with by being a “drug free” workplace.

Painkillers, opioids, cocaine, PCP, all listed as a schedule II drug
cocaine apparently became schedule II while MJ remains schedule I, which is crazy

You've come to the right place for the answer to such a pressing question. I await the answers with bated breath.

How is this bad info? I literally said what you just said about MJ and drug testing lol. Doesn’t matter if you have a prescription for weed or not, you will still get fired and aren’t exempt from drug testing for weed because it’s a Schedule I drug.

I know it’s crazy lol. I was very surprised to see it on there as well. Glad to know our federal government thinks cocaine and fentanyl have a more accepted and safer use than weed. They definitely know what’s best for us I tell you.

Yeah we were talking about Schedule II drugs in that post.

The amount of people who try to get by with having monthly RX for opiates is getting bad. They tell you they have zero medical problems and then when you look at the PMP and start asking questions, they starting crawfishing and coming up with all kinds of stories.

Ok then, by that standard no one can drink anymore if they have a job and expect a pay check. Pull your head out of the sand.

Lol, that's just clever marketing. The company you linked is called "Louisiana Marijuana Card".
There is no "card" for medical in LA. You get a referral from a Dr. (usually online/phone). It's ridiculous, there is literally a Groupon for getting a referral. They send the referral to your selected dispensary, and the dispensary writes and fills a prescription for your order.
Most regular users that I've talked to buy medical once to register the prescription and keep the bottle to fill with their usual stuff.
