i am normally not one to take medicine. however, i recently went through a divorce and my anxiety in certain situations is through the roof. my counselor recommended i get in touch with my primary doctor and look at taking a med to help.
to help alleviate stress, i work out 4 to 5 days a week and that includes cardio.
i've heard many bad things about xanax so i don't think i will consider that. what is the latest and greatest magic pill that also won't impact me sexually? i've read that these pills can cause problems for men.

Have you tried Phucitol?

2.5 mg THC gummy. It's right in the middle and won't make you too loopy.

Pretty much any foreign owned gas station or shopping center, or buy it online.

So for anti-anxiety drugs you have SSRI'S, Benzo's, beta-blockers, and supposedly CBD. SERIES are a waste for most people and not worth it. Benzo's are extremely effective during its use but cause amnesia, impulsive behaviour and rebound anxiety. Beta-blockers help a lot but I am not that familiar with them. Try Cognative behaviour therapy, better diet, and more hobbies before you try any medication. Also try to get closer to family/friends since you are losing one of the most important relationships.

Find you a good citrus strain like super lemon haze or lemon skunk, or Tangie. You can vape flower if you are worried about your lungs. Also helps inflammation cause by things like working out so you should recover better on workout days

no panic attacks to speak of. all in all, i'm "normal" on the outside but there are certain things that really get me flustered and not able to see things as they are or anticipate and i get lost or sidetracked.

Ewww.. Warning. You will very likely gain a few pounds on anti-anxiety med's.

Vyvanse. Not really though.... you’re generally trading side effects with most meds so you may have to try several before finding one that’s tolerable. Time is the best medicine in your case friend.

Theanine is a really good herbal supplement for anxiety.

Prozac helps with both depression and anxiety. Would recommend.
