Meanwhile in Germany, Ag worker shortage

German Ag Minister has proposed restaraunt and hotel workers be employed in the fields to make up the shortfall. Wonder how this will work out for them. I dont see many American hospitality workers willingly taking farm work rather than expecting govt just take care of their needs. Of course, the Germans are most concerned about wine and asparagus crop. How is this going to effect crawfish prices?
