I use cash now days , with the chip you are talking several minutes for a transaction. And not everyone takes the chip . Then you're behind the lady that keeps pulling the card out when the screen says not too.

The chip is the most annoying thing ever. Slows down the whole process. Swiping was much easier

The McDonald's near me installed chip readers recently and I thought that was ridiculously fast too, relative to anywhere else.
