I know a guy who works with the company that does most of these (re)builds in AL/GA/TN/MS. He's primarily responsible for arranging shipping of freight and materials to the sites and coming up with a staging plan. He says the tight schedule is crazy and there is little room for delay. Because there's not much room on the lots, everything has to be planned to ship/arrive at the right time. Not much sits around taking up space. Material hits the lot and goes right to getting used.

Sounds like it could be stressful, especially these days.
