On Black Monday, I sent all of my best buddies pages, listing the admin office as the number to call back.

This month blows, but on average Scruffy would say he enjoyed it.
That’s mainly because of co-residents. The work sucks, but Scruffy made good friends.

We filled this year, but I'm happy to have pulled what we did out of the SOAP and am lucky to have learned from people far more talented from me that came to program from the SOAP.
ETA: So whether you're at your top choice or last resort, realize you have an absolute ton to learn and just as much to teach to those you work with.

Hopeful Doc finished nights back in August but did some extra nights due to some unforeseen circumstances in December and may pick up a few more in the next couple of months. He absolutely hated them to the end, but in the end he will never forget how truly gratifying it was to take a 'tern who showed up with very, very subpar skills, teach them the appropriate way to do things and watch them learn from their shortcomings and argue that the subpar 'tern now outshines them. Almost makes him think Academic Medicine is a good career option.

My roommate did not match. I was learning all about the SOAP with him. He was not able to scramble either
