Wonder what else is buried under 3,000 years of shite and waste over there?
The Mummy... they had better be careful what they dig up over there.

The spaceships they came in.

For being as revered as Ramses II was, I guess it just goes to show that all is lost with time.

I'm a non-believer in the whole ancient alien thing, but here's my question..
Why would these people from thousands of years ago make these drawings that appear to show extraterrestrial visitation?
Were they just bored out of their fricking minds? Surely they had better things to do. Or did they just think, 'Hey, lets make some weird drawings to frick with people a couple thousand years from now?'

Might be a lot older than 3000 years.

And on the pedestal these words appear: 'My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!' Nothing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Nah. Article says Ramses II ruled from 1279-1213 BC, I'll lean towards Nat Geo being correct.

The same reason that 70's bands had spaceships and aliens on their album covers. Future archaeologists will dig up Boston and ELO album covers and show them as proof of extraterrestrial visitors.

They don't. Why do you think the drawings depict extraterrestrials? Imagine much?
