Yes but this guy had been saying 32nd floor before Fox even covered the shooting. He was a witness. His twitter name is @GLOKMIN for more info.

There has to be someone else working in coordination with the shooter. This was way too mapped out and sneaking in all these different weapons, into multiple rooms.
