I'm not sold that she has or he is in any way involved with ISIS, just seems weird. I am starting to suspect she knew something

Sheriff says people passed away in different locations. Some within the festival grounds, some just outside, and others who were shot and ran away but ultimately passed away blocks away from the venue.

That's the part the "banning" crowd doesn't get.
Banning stuff does very little to prevent crime. For the most part, it increases it.
Hey, I'm all for banning things if you think it will make you feel safe. At the end of the day, we all know the truth is you're not.
But I digress.

It is maybe a longshot, but she has muslim family in the Philippines and has worked around rich middle easterners as a high stakes private poker hostess in Dubai. He was sending her money and they made sure she was gone wellvahead of this.
He is a lonely accountant type with tons of money, who would probably put the P on a pedestal. It makes some sense.

I get all of that, I do, but a silencer has a legit purpose for a gun.
What is the value of a bump stock?

They know quite a bit more, they're simply not releasing it. There is still a person of interest who is an Australian citizen and was in the Philippines during the event. It's perfectly logical that they're withholding information pending her interviews.
