I don't think this matters. Iowa would not have jurisdiction over her activity in Nevada. If I win $25,000 gambling across the state line in Tunica, MS I don't get in any trouble for reporting gambling income in TN

Not to bring charges, but I still wonder if it violates their ethical standards or whatever.
Thib-a-doe's hypothetical about smoking weed in CO and then coming back to LA is apt. I'd take it a step further and say, what about flying to Thailand and banging a 15 year old (assuming that's legal age there) then coming back to your home state jurisdiction. Would the bar association take issue with that?

Let's leave it to doing things legal within states of the USA. Adding other countries to it just moves the goal posts.
