public entities will spend every penny they are allowed to confiscate
that’s not a good enough reason to legislate and police the use of a plant

My co.pany did work for several companies with significant government projects. They had VERY strict drug testing guidelines. They, and many other companies, simply get around it by getting with a number of employees that know in advance that they will be "randomly tested" in a couple of months and they test clean. It happens alot and who can blame them.
When you lose some of your best people because they smoke a joint of blue dream instead of drinking Glenlivet after work, eventually you say enough of this stupid bullshite testing.

Make it legal and tax the shite out of it. Louisiana wouldn't be in a financial crisis if they did this.
Yeah
Didn't they say that about the lottery?

Right up until they kill someone at work and the drug test shows they are a user.
Liability is a big driver.
Also, if you suddenly start seeing people get drug tested get your resume ready. Layoffs are coming.

You have absolutely no clue how things work in the real world kid. None. Don't even pretend that you do. I ran my own business for over 30 years and drug testing is really just pot testing. It accounts for over o
90% of positive results. It's always been and always will be total bullshite.
So go piss on someone else's leg and tell them it's raining. Dumb fricking kid.

I thought we had reached a consensus that locking people up and ruining lives over weed was ridiculous. Maybe focus some of that energy on the opioid crisis?
if they're causing problems while driving a 4000 lb missile, shouldn't we do something about it? ... op is right ... people don't want to legalize it for many reasons, but if you trade this for that, we might get somewhere ...

Sounds like you ran a company that couldn't afford a full drug test.
I can only go by what my drug screen show when it comes back. Which is thc, amphetamines, opiods, alcohol consumption (assuming liver enzymes), and whatever to catch MDMA since someone was fired over it.
