Okay, but he's not just molesting any random child. Obviously you had to be OF puberty AGE, and a juvenile, right?
Those kids seem safe based on the behavior, unless a 7 year old wants an oxy fix.

Just a few weeks ago I rented one of those kiddy bike trailers from this place. He came out and personally hooked it up to my bike, said his "bike guy" was out. He was talking to my kids and all. Wish I would have stuck that crescent wrench in his eye socket.
