Some people think they can become vigilantes and make their own laws up, especially in Stand your ground/castle doctrine States.
I see that shite on here, about shooting people, who aren't a threat, and are 200 feet from their house, on state property. They really need to read what the laws are about and what they really mean.

It still should.
He’s 14 and shouldn’t be driving
He’s arrogantly throwing eggs at others while doing so.
It’s one thing he’s driving illegally, but he’s putting more risk with throwing shite at others.
He is still ultimately responsible.
