Man threatens former lover on Facebook. Days later, he is shot dead

A Shreveport man allegedly sent his estranged girlfriend a barrage of death threats on Facebook. Days later, he was shot and killed during what investigators say was a drug deal gone bad.
Cpl. Angie Willhite, a spokesperson for the Shreveport Police Department, said Monday morning that investigators don't believe the threats and the slaying are connected.

A few days before, police issued a warrant for Stickman's arrest after an unnamed woman contacted the department. According to a police department news release, the woman allegedly received a barrage of death threats from Stickman, her estranged boyfriend, on Facebook Messenger.
