Yeah, this is like all those drunk chicks who show their tits in the French Quarter during Mardi Gras. If she is doing it in public and knows she is being filmed, I don't think she would have much of a case especially with her face hidden.

Probably not much, but they aren't making 100k either. These are the low wage dishwashing, back of house, bus driver type families that never amount to much and are stuck in the cycle.
Can easily blame the people for never amounting to anything. Doesn't lessen what is happening though.

It's a reality for some people yes, but pur boy byron only pays 180/month in property taxes. I ain't crying for him.

If I remember correctly...the Girls Gone Wild guys used to go around with a clipboard and would ask people to sign a waiver. If Im not mistaken, didnt they get their asses sued and the founder went to prison.

Filming it is different than putting it on a t shirt and selling it. Especially without consent. I can't just go into the quarter and take pictures of peoples faces then slap them on t shirts and make bank.

I think those were girls who he got drunk or stoned and then had them come back to the Tour Bus and engage in hard core porn. And, as I recall, he went to jail because some of the girls who claimed they were over 18 weren't.
But, there are tons of sites on the internet (not that I've been to any {wink, wink}) with videos of girls flashing for the camera all over Bourbon Street. I guarantee you that none of those sites have signed releases.
