I guess if there is no reasonable cause to stop someone that you suspect is a criminal, just accidentally stop them under your cruiser.

There were pictures of this dude laying dead on the pavement circulating the AA Facebook. Pretty disgusting to see considering there was one of his limbs laying 10 feet from his body.
