Man gets 24 yrs vehicular manslaughter

3 yrs ago a guy was speeding at 103 miles per hour on bayshore blvd. He ran over and killed a mother and her child.
He deserves to die but got 24 years in the federal pen. I hope they turn him out and burn him with cigarettes every day.

He's not a recidivist. just allow him to renounce citizenship and never come back to the US. Accomplishes the same.
