He had a rifle, a shotgun and a hand gun. Not a small arsenal. I have that in my bedroom.
yes i have prob 15x that at my home
However, i have never in a hotel room. I can understand a handgun for protection. But why tf would someone need an AR and shotgun with alot of ammo in a hotel? Glad they got this idiot

Maybe he’s on vacation, visiting family in the area and was going to do some hunting/shooting while in town. Didn’t want to leave his guns in his car. The article makes it sound like he was in the middle of mounting a bipod to the window.

Is it really self defense when the police come to stop you from killing more innocent people?

Nitpicking I guess, but technically the guy would be defending himself, ie self defense.
Maybe unwarranted self defense?

I have a rifle, shotgun and a four wheel drive.

Or on the way home and had a guys night or two planned. If a terrorist, he needs to get his shite together. Got too hammered the night before.
If his name is Cade or Carter.... Not a terrorist.

read on another forum that the guy was in town for a 3 gun USPSA match. Decided to get wasted and the rest is history.

horseshite.
A few guns does not make an arsenal. They’re just a few random guns. The word arsenal conjures up thoughts of a military cashe of weaponry and used by drama queens to blow things up into more than it is. Now true, glad they nabbed this crazy bastard before he could do any harm, but let’s just keep honest and not try to headline it to death and give readers a false sense of just what he had at his disposal, and it wasn’t a military arsenal of weapons, and he a crazed militia gunman. Sounds like one lone nut job, not a conspiracy or something epidemic, which is what this is trying to feed into.

Maybe to you, but luckily that doesn't change the definition of the word

The article said neither of these. Come on man
